Project Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel a project before work has started, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, excluding administrative or consultation fees.
Revisions Instead of Refunds
We are committed to client satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with the delivered service, we will offer reasonable revisions or adjustments in line with the original project scope, instead of refunds.
No Refunds for Delayed Client Response
We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication or missing information from the client’s side. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
Chargebacks
